I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which boasts a charming historical building filled with antique furniture. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, topped off with a delightful breakfast. The only downside was that the shower pressure wasn’t great. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Venetian port, making it easy to explore Rethimno. Overall, I found it to be a great value for money.

The rooms were large and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and a nice bottle of raki waiting for me. The antique furniture added a lot of character.

The hotel is located in a charming area of old Chania, making it easy to explore restaurants and shops. My room was spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The service was friendly, but not always helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, but there were a few misses, and I found the value for money decent overall, though I expected more from the service.

This hotel is located in an excellent area of old Chania, with restaurants and shops just steps away. The rooms are bright, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, which made our time enjoyable. However, our breakfast plans didn't go as expected due to our early airport pick-up, which was a bit of a disappointment.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was perfectly located just steps from the harbor. The Junior Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a good amount of privacy for our teenagers. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, some days it was a challenge to find nearby parking, which was a slight inconvenience.

We stayed in a Junior Suite that was spacious and beautifully decorated, just like the pictures. It had a mezzanine floor with a double bed and two single beds downstairs, perfect for our family of four.

7.4/10

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, although it felt a bit subdued overall. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the old town and close to all amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made my experience more enjoyable. However, the rooms were a bit dark and not very airy, which wasn't ideal. The dining options could also use some improvement, as they felt a bit repetitive.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were quite dark, which made them feel a bit dungeon-like. Being on the ground floor, I found it lacked natural light and airflow.
Service
9.0
The service was very friendly and attentive throughout my four-day stay. The staff were helpful for any request I made.
Location
10.0
The hotel is spotlessly presented and in a great location, right in the heart of the old town, close to everything I needed.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were fairly average, with the same selection every day. I found it a bit inconvenient to get to a nearby parking area since it was a 5 to 10-minute walk.
Facilities
7.0
I didn't find any notable facilities that stood out during my stay, though everything was in good condition.
